OOM:Coronation

The past week has been a busy one for Lady Kallig and her knight. Her situation is not unprecedented, there have been plenty of commoners in Alderaan's history who have been elevated to the nobility and needed to learn to fit in quickly.

Her tutors were quite impressed at her ability to pick things up. She shared the bitter amusement with Garyn that none of their previous charges must have had their lives riding on lessons as the norm. Being unarmed still makes her uneasy, but she doesn't have to fight the urge to twitch anymore when someone moves near her suddenly.

At the moment, a small army of helpers are helping her get ready for the coronation. Makeup, clothes, jewels, hairstyle, it's quite the production. Extensive preparations for a different kind of battle.

Her House's banner hangs over the dressing table: The red and black symbol of Fire and Water on a white field.

"They're more a monastic order, I think," Ibani says as they carefully climb the stairs. "Maybe they were something else once and that's why they're called Knights?"

Ibani sighs in relief as she closes the door to their room behind her. "Thank the Force, I can take these damn shoes off."

"Well, one can also be expelled from monastic orders in Cyrodiil," Garyn says. "I would assume the Jedi Order has vows they must hold to as well?"

He starts taking off his ruined cuirass.

"Indeed. At least I can say my clothes died well."

Ibani nods. "They have a Code, though there's room for interpretation in it."

"Given that I was trained as a Sith, the mortal enemies of the Jedi, I don't know how much I trust what little education I have on the subject."

"They did indeed," she agrees about his clothes. "I may need a bit of help getting out of all of this." Well, 'need' is a strong word for someone with her control of Force Push.

"Oh, do you?"

Garyn cracks a wicked grin.

"Well, your loyal knight lives to serve..."

"Do you indeed, my knight?" Her answering grin is wicked. She saw how it made him flush earlier and wants to see what the effect is in private.

"The hairstyle will need to go first, I think." The extensions and entirely too many hair ornaments, in her opinion.

Here behind closed doors, he doesn't blush. His smile only sharpens.

"Of course, my lady."

Garyn starts with one of the shinier and more ostentatious baubles.

It is entirely ridiculous that him calling her 'my lady', makes heat, want, coil in her belly. But, well, it is what it is.

"Glad to be out of that crowd, the emotions were like sandpaper on my nerves all night."

"Cut you out of that bit of my awareness, no point in both of us suffering."

"If there is a Force technique to help share and lessen the burden of annoyance, I would help you to bear it," Garyn says.

"Thankfully, I'm more than available to help you take a load off in here."

He smirks as he continues to remove the various extensions and Space Decorations from her head.

"Not that I know of," Ibani replies.

"Hmm. You have clever fingers," she murmurs as he takes the last of the annoyances off of her head.

"Clever enough that I'm thinking thoughts I'm sure a Lady shouldn't have about her loyal knight," her grin is wicked.

"Oh dear," Garyn says, "how very scandalous."

His hands slide down along the back of her dress.

"I don't suppose they involve those hands cleverly finding themselves somewhere else...?"

The dress opens as he slides his hand down her back. Whether by accident or by design, he's found the spot where pressure causes the silk to open seamlessly. Who needs zippers?

"Very scandalous," she agrees. "Especially given the places I'm imagining those hands cleverly finding themselves."

"But that would all depend on what my knight desires."

Garyn's hands move further downward, pulling the dress behind them.

"I think they shall find the right places to please you, m'lady..."

Apparently, certain dresses REQUIRE particular undergarments. Ibani has never worn lingerie before tonight, but she very definitely picked this set with Garyn in mind.

Ibani shivers, but she's not cold. Garyn HAS to know what he's doing to her, surely? "But what about your pleasure, my knight?" Her voice is low, teasing.

"You may find my pleasure will be...very closely tied to yours momentarily..."

Garyn kisses the back of her neck, admiring the way these smallclothes look. They won't be on for much longer, after all.

Ibani laughs, low. "Hm. I was hoping for something like that."

She makes a small sound of pleasure as he kisses the back of her neck. The smallclothes won't be on for much longer indeed.

"Shall I help you with removing some of what you're wearing, or do you intend to have me entirely undone with pleasure while you're still mostly dressed?" Ibani is fine with either option, honestly.

Garyn chuckles, low and lustful.

"You have the Force, do you not?"

"I do," Ibani purrs. "But it would be quite uncouth of me to strip you naked in pursuit of all my wicked plans without asking first."

"Unless you WANT me to rip everything off you in one go and then have my way with you until you can't walk straight?" Her tone is playful lust and her voice low in a way she knows he likes.

[moonandstar]

"Oh dear," Garyn says. "Such an offer...surely it wouldn't be knightly of me to accept."

He leans in to kiss her again.

"But then again...this knight serves quite a unique lady. I believe I must accept."

Ibani doesn't quite get everything off in one go, but a lot of Garyn's gear and clothing is going to need repair.

She slips inside his mind with previews of what, exactly, she intends to do with him. 99% of it is most definitely not safe for work.

"Shall we see how long your stamina holds out, my knight?" she teases.

Garyn's eyes widen, and he shudders...not from cold, either.

"I think you're going to be quite impressed, my lady..."

Indeed, they both will.
